AI systems and workflow automation for Tampa businesses
AIC helps Tampa-area businesses map operational friction, connect approved systems, build practical AI agents and automation, and keep the resulting environment working. Local when the work benefits from being in the room; remote when it does not.
Who this is for
Small businesses, professional practices and small teams in the Tampa area that want practical AI assistance and don’t want to become the person who maintains it. Your industry doesn’t determine the package; your workflow determines the build. Field services, professional services, healthcare practices, real estate and property, education, local and online businesses all start the same way: with one piece of recurring work that takes too long.
What we offer
Audit & Roadmap
Understand the work before choosing technology: a current-state map, bottleneck/opportunity review, source-of-truth recommendations, human-review boundaries and prioritized roadmap. Quoted to scope.
Executive Assistant
A defined starting scope for everyday administrative work—email, calendar, documents, files, research and messages—set up in a standard agent environment and kept running under Managed Care. From $500 setup, then $150 a month. Hosting and AI subscriptions are billed separately. Pricing details.
Custom Builds
When the work is more specialized—your own procedures, automation, knowledge and document workflows, system integrations or custom AI agents—we quote a custom build to scope. The build, Managed Care and your own subscriptions are agreed separately, before work begins.
Managed Care
We look after the environment: runtime updates and patching, supported connector maintenance, vulnerability scanning of the managed agent environment, continuity maintenance and troubleshooting within the agreed scope. How the service works.
Local and remote
Based in Tampa Bay, AIC can provide scoped onsite assessment, installation, configuration and deployment support at a client's location when the engagement calls for it. Most builds and ongoing Managed Care can also be handled remotely.
If you’re looking for an AI consultant in Tampa, AIC starts with workflow discovery, then builds the agreed automation, integration or custom agent and provides scoped ongoing care.
Where the agent runs
Your agent has a workplace behind the conversation. Depending on the agreed build, that workplace can be configured for supported Windows, Linux or macOS setups, with mobile access through supported Android and iOS interfaces. It runs on your own accounts and subscriptions, under your own billing. AIC is not tied to proprietary hardware; platform and access options are agreed as part of your setup, and final ownership, handover and offboarding terms are set in your client-specific agreement.
Agent environments may be hosted on a managed VPS or configured in a supported local environment, depending on the agreed build.
How a first conversation goes
- You tell us the work: the recurring task, the messy handoff, or the agent you already have that needs attention.
- We first understand or audit the work, then decide whether the Executive Assistant, a Custom Build, a smaller automation or a process change fits—and where human review belongs.
- You get a written scope—systems, actions, price and supervision—before anything is built.
- We build the environment, test the workflow with you, and move to Managed Care.
Evidence and boundaries
We keep claims grounded. The evidence page shows the founder’s own field-service workflow and a client project, scoped to the environment they came from, with no universal percentages. The service boundaries page sets out what we do and don’t do: reviewable drafts before any action, no unsupervised customer messages, and the things that are agreed in a client-specific agreement rather than assumed from a website. Plain facts about the company are on the company facts page.
