AIC EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / STARTING PACKAGE
Start with a dedicated agent environment for agreed everyday administrative work. AIC sets it up, connects supported accounts with your approval, tests the starting scope and maintains the standard environment through Managed Care.
EVERYDAY SUPPORT
Organize an approved inbox view, summarize threads and prepare replies for your review. Sending or responding on your behalf requires the permissions and approval steps agreed at setup.
Review availability, prepare meeting information and propose schedule changes. The assistant does not make a binding change or contact someone without the agreed authority.
Find approved material, summarize it and prepare drafts or attachments for a person to check. The quality of the result depends on the sources and access you provide.
Collect information, prepare a brief and keep a list of agreed next steps. Research remains reviewable; the assistant does not replace professional judgment.
YOUR ACCOUNTS / AGREED ACCESS
Gmail and Google Calendar are within the Executive Assistant’s starting connection scope through your own approved accounts. Other Google Workspace capabilities, connected systems and available actions depend on the agreed setup, provider access, plan limits, licensing and authentication. We decide what the assistant can read, draft or change before connecting business information.
Supported text and voice interaction can be considered for the agreed interface. Voice is not a general-purpose commercial voice-agent promise. If you need a specialized workflow or integration, AIC scopes it as a Custom Build.
ILLUSTRATIVE FIRST WORKFLOW
For example, an owner could ask the assistant to gather approved notes for a meeting, summarize relevant email and suggest calendar times. The owner checks the brief and any proposed reply or schedule change before it is sent or committed. This illustrates a possible scoped setup, not a measured client result or a promise that every account connection is available.
STARTING SCOPE AND COST
Standard setup includes the agent environment, Executive Assistant configuration, supported account connections, testing, onboarding and continuity setup. The $150 monthly Managed Care covers standard-environment maintenance, runtime updates and patching, supported connector maintenance, vulnerability scanning of the managed agent environment, continuity maintenance and troubleshooting within the agreed scope.
VPS hosting, your AI/model subscription and other applicable third-party services are billed separately. Custom workflows and specialized integrations are outside the starting package and quoted as a Custom Build. See the full pricing explanation and Managed Care details.
CLEAR APPROVAL BOUNDARIES
The assistant begins with agreed tasks and permissions. Drafting an email is not permission to send it; suggesting a calendar change is not permission to make it. Payments, purchases, binding commitments, cancellations, regulated data, emergency response and unsupervised customer messages are outside the first workflow unless separately evaluated and agreed where appropriate. Read the service boundaries before sharing sensitive information.
For evidence of AIC’s approach, see the founder/internal and client work, each labeled with its limits. The website demonstration is illustrative and is not a live customer deployment.
