MANAGED AI AGENTS / ONGOING CARE

Keep your AI agent useful after launch.

Building an agent is one step. AIC’s Managed Care keeps the agreed environment, connectors and continuity under care as tools and workflows change. The scope is written for your system, with clear responsibilities and human review.

AFTER THE BUILD

Initial development and ongoing care are separate.

A Custom Build defines and delivers a workflow with agreed access, testing and acceptance criteria. Managed Care is the continuing maintenance and support of the environment and components listed in the agreement. New workflows, major integrations or broader agent responsibility are separately scoped changes; maintenance does not silently expand the original build.

WHAT CARE CAN COVER

The work behind a dependable agent.

Environment upkeep

Runtime maintenance, updates, patching and vulnerability scanning of the managed agent environment within the agreed scope.

Connector maintenance

Maintain supported connections as permissions, provider behavior and account settings change. Third-party provider outages or plan changes remain outside AIC’s control.

Continuity and troubleshooting

Maintain the agreed continuity approach, investigate reported problems and test a repair against the affected workflow. Unfamiliar issues may need additional investigation.

Review and improvement

Discuss what worked, what required intervention and which changes are worth scoping next. Workflow improvements and new capabilities follow the agreed change process.

MONITORING / AGREED SCOPE

Know what is checked and who responds.

Monitoring is defined for each engagement: which environment signals or workflow checks are included, how issues are reported, and what response path applies. AIC does not publish a universal 24/7 monitoring commitment, uptime guarantee or response-time SLA. Those terms, if applicable, must be in the client-specific agreement.

Illustrative issue: if a supported connector changes, a failed workflow or client report can trigger investigation. AIC checks the agreed configuration, determines whether the cause is within the managed environment or a third-party service, and scopes the remedy. The example is a support process, not a guaranteed detection or restoration time.

WHO IT IS FOR

A clear owner for the system after setup.

Managed Care suits a team that wants someone to maintain its agreed agent environment and supported connections rather than carry that work alone. For the standard Executive Assistant, Managed Care is $150 per month after setup. Care for custom systems is quoted separately because the workflow, integrations and operational responsibility vary.

Your model and other subscriptions remain under your own billing where agreed; hosting and third-party costs are separate. If you already have an AI setup, an Audit & Roadmap can first establish what AIC can support. Ownership, support access, offboarding and provider responsibilities are settled in writing; see Pricing and Service boundaries.

EVIDENCE / LIMITS

Operational claims should be testable.

AIC documents and tests permissions, expected failure conditions and recovery steps appropriate to each delivered environment. The evidence page explains what this approach supports and what it does not prove. A website statement is not a substitute for a client-specific support agreement.

Discuss the system you need cared for.

Bring the current workflow, connected tools and the problems you need someone to own. We will establish a supportable scope.
