What we do
AIC helps small businesses and operational teams understand, build, and maintain practical AI-enabled systems. Services include workflow audits and roadmaps, custom AI agents, workflow automation, scoped system integrations, knowledge and document workflows, and Managed Care. The recommended solution is based on the work—not a predetermined tool.
Who we serve
Small businesses, professional practices and small teams looking for practical AI assistance beyond a standalone chatbot. Your industry doesn’t determine the package; your workflow determines the build.

Starting pricing
- Executive Assistant: from $500 setup.
- Executive Assistant Managed Care: $150 per month. Care for custom systems is quoted separately.
- Custom builds: quoted to scope, agreed before work begins.
Hosting, your AI or model subscription, other third-party services, specialized integrations and custom development are separate from the starting prices. Full detail is on the pricing page.
MATURITY & SCOPE
Capability boundaries.
Custom AI agents and managed environments are our flagship. Workflow discovery, automation, document/reporting workflows, knowledge organization, troubleshooting and QA are core capabilities.
APIs and system integrations are scoped to provider access, behavior, plans, licensing and authentication. RAG, specialist CRM and third-party integrations require defined permissions, evaluation and maintenance.
Voice & Conversational Systems: scoped/emerging. Advanced agent-to-agent message bus: R&D / individually scoped, non-commercial by default.
An audit grants no permission to change systems and makes no guarantee of savings. Timing and deliverables are agreed for each scope.
Platforms
- Agent workplace
- Windows · Linux · macOS, depending on the agreed build.
- Mobile access
- Android · iOS, depending on the agreed interface and setup.
AIC is not tied to proprietary hardware. Platform and access options are agreed as part of your setup.
Deployment
Deployment: Agent environments may be hosted on a managed VPS or configured in a supported local environment depending on the agreed build. Scoped onsite assessment, installation and configuration are available for appropriate Tampa Bay engagements. Most builds and ongoing Managed Care can be performed remotely. Infrastructure, subscriptions, access and security responsibilities are established before deployment.
Your agent runs in a dedicated, managed working environment built around the accounts and subscriptions you approve, under your own billing. Hosting is billed separately and the arrangement is agreed as part of your setup. Final ownership, handover and offboarding terms are set in your client-specific agreement.
Human review
Work starts with reviewable drafts. Consequential actions remain subject to agreed approval boundaries; telling an agent not to perform an action is not the same as technically preventing it, so both are checked.
