Keep the EA simple. Email, calendar, documents, files, research, messages, approved attachments, and supported text and voice interaction. Custom workflows and integrations are outside EA scope — that's a Custom AIC build, below. How a build works, step by step, is on the service page.

Custom Builds

For specialized workflows, automations, integrations, knowledge systems, document/reporting processes, or custom agents. Custom Builds are quoted to scope. Three parts, agreed separately:

Your workflow, accounts and permissions.

02 / Managed Care

Agreed patching and runtime maintenance, vulnerability scanning of the managed agent environment, connector updates, troubleshooting and workflow improvements.

03 / YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Your own accounts and subscriptions, configured for your agent. Provider and support-access boundaries are agreed separately.

Scope and pricing agreed before work begins. The Executive Assistant’s $150/month Managed Care price does not apply to every custom engagement. Different business? Different systems? That’s what custom scope is for.
