Adam Stamnos — 20+ years across technical systems, project delivery, infrastructure and team leadership. Installing and maintaining critical facilities, network infrastructure and security systems for over 20 years.
That work is about more than the technology. It means understanding the problem, making the handover clear, and staying involved when something needs attention. AIC applies the same discipline to AI and automation: understand the operation, define responsibilities, test the handoff, and stay involved when conditions change.

We map the work, build the agreed agent, automation or connected workflow, test it with you and provide the Managed Care included in your service agreement.
Support the work
The agent prepares work and uses the capabilities included in its build. It can suggest improvements; it does not grant itself new permissions.
AI assistants support parts of design, development and operations. They are software collaborators, not a staffed human support department. Any additional human support is identified in the agreed service.
